A case of an adult over 64 years, with multiple cardiovascular risk factors, with personal antecedent of chronic ischemic heart disease, treated surgically in 1997 and carries a Progressive Worsening Unstable Angina, which is performed emergency Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty, and presenting secondarily a Subarachnoid Hemorrhage and underwent surgery with a good outcome.
